This lure is the big brother of the very popular Asturie 90 and 110. This 130mm lure works as a surface lure and on the retrieve it will also dive under the surface to a foot or two deep.
The action is a "long slide" action, which is a slower and longer version of "walking the dog" (zigzag).
This model, the Gizzard Shad is quite different to many other colours of the Xorus range, as it has a completely half white body (rather than a white stripe on the belly). The flash of yellow in the side flank merges into a grey/blue then into a darker (almost black) blue top. Of course everyone will have their time and place for this pattern, but for me it screams an Autumn/Winter cloudy day when you have storm clouds overhead.
