Shipping Policy

*Our "free shipping on orders over £125" is for UK tackle orders, not rods.

We had been using Evri for our UK deliveries as they are cheap and tracked,  but after too many complaints from you guys we have flipped back to Jersey Post / Royal Mail. So, unfortunately, our prices have had to increase. It actually costs us £8.50 for the "Signed for" service we offer but are only charging you £5.99 at the moment, this may have to change if we can't sort a better deal. A tracked service with Jersey Post is ridiculous but we have put it as an option for you. 

We have also had to put the "Free shipping for the UK" on orders over £100 to £125, we have held back on doing this as long as we can, but tracked delivery charges are just so dear, we do apolgise. Also, some "bulky" items and cheaper rods will unfortunately incur an extra charge.

* Please note some of our Rods only qualify for free shipping at higher prices due to package size & special shipping requirements.

Due to being on an island, our estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, with bad weather or technical issues sometimes the mail plane/boat cannot leave the island. We endeavor to dispatch all orders on the day of purchase. Generally orders will be delivered within 3-5 days, but please allow up to 28 days but feel free to enquire if it has taken longer than a week. We will only send fishing rods via Signed For/Tracked Delivery. We do ship internationally, during the checkout, select your country and check the accept delivery charge box. With Brexit we unfortunately do not delivery to EU countries anymore. For "Worldwide" shipping if the actual shipping price is cheaper than you paid we always refund the difference.
