If comfort and ease of use spring to mind when looking for the perfect dehooking tool, then the Toit Short Nose Pliers may be just what you are looking for. Not only is it designed for dehooking but it provides various holes in the handles to put your hook thru and tighten you fishing knot. Made from a Stainless Steel these Short Nose Pliers are ideally suited for removing hooks from small freshwater and saltwater species. This tool has an improved grip with a shorter jaw length providing greater rigidity and grip strength during hook removal. The unique handle design allows for the tool to get into fairly tight spaces, especially when working around fish gills inside the mouth. The shorter jaw length and fulcrum distance also prevent bending and twisting of the jaw tips. Sprung loaded for repeat use may just give this tool the edge.

Would be better if there was a cutting edge on the mouth to cut line with and the nose should be longer to reach inside a fishes mouth to get deep hooked treble out easier. The blue coating doesn't cover the every spot on the pliers if you open the up all the way you see the coating is missing and this is where it will rust. The could lanyard and the clip are to big in size comparison to the pliers. It would be far better if they where smaller in size and fit better. The grip is great on them.I wouldn't recommend them sorry and to be honest I still prefer my HPO ones as they also have split ring edge and cutters in one tool and don't rust and lanyards are thinner and smaller..Your service is great as always and love your shop. All the best and here's to the best part of the season coming up.
