Tenryu Logo Fishing Hat – Black CORDURA

A cracking fishing hat from Japanese rod manufacturer Tenryu, designed for anglers who spend long days out in the elements.

Unlike many ordinary fishing hats, this one is made from tough CORDURA nylon, a hard-wearing material known for its excellent resistance to tearing and abrasion. It also helps the hat retain its shape, even after plenty of use.

The wide, all-round brim provides welcome shade for your face, ears and neck, particularly useful when spending hours fishing from a boat or walking the shoreline in strong sunshine.

The fabric has a water-repellent finish with an internal PU coating, helping to shed light rain and spray. It's not completely waterproof, but it's certainly useful when the weather changes unexpectedly.

Another nice feature is the removable chin cord, which helps keep the hat secure when fishing in windy conditions or travelling at speed in a boat. There's also an adjustable cord at the back for a more secure fit.
