When you actually get one of these hooks in your hand, you'll understand just how substantial they are. I've handled plenty of heavy-duty hooks over the years, but these are among (or possibly) the strongest inline hooks I've ever seen. If I'm changing the trebles on a big tuna or tropical lure to singles and outright strength is the priority, this is exactly the sort of hook I want.
