The Shimano Ultegra C3000HG D offers an incredible amount of reel for the money. Sitting just below the Stradic in Shimano's range, it shares many of the same premium technologies found in Shimano's flagship reels, making it an excellent choice for anglers who want top-level performance without paying flagship prices.
The C3000HG size has quickly become one of my favourite all-round reels for UK bass fishing. It balances perfectly with modern lure rods such as the Shimano Dialuna and Lunamis, while the high gear ratio retrieves 86cm of line with every turn of the handle. That makes it ideal for fishing surface lures, minnows, soft plastics and metals, allowing you to keep in touch with your lure and quickly pick up slack line when a bass changes direction.
Inside, the Ultegra D is packed with technology that genuinely makes a difference on the water. HAGANE Gear, MicroModule II, X-Ship, SilentDrive, InfinityDrive and InfinityXross all work together to produce a reel that feels remarkably smooth, powerful and refined, even when winding larger lures or playing hard-fighting fish.
The lightweight CI4+ body keeps the overall weight down without compromising strength, while X-Protect helps prevent saltwater entering key areas of the reel. If products are faulty or do not conform to the description, you may return them within 28 days of receipt and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund.

You may return any unopened products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We will refund your payment card once we have received and processed the package.
