Mick's Tip

I've used the lighter breaking strains of Berkley Big Game Fluorocarbon for bass and pollack fishing here in UK waters, and I think it's a superb leader material.

I've also used the heavier breaking strains on fishing trips to Oman and Panama, particularly for intermediate tropical fishing, where you need something stronger than your normal UK bass leader but don't necessarily need the very heavy leader material used for GTs and other really big fish.

It's performed extremely well for me in both warm tropical water and our colder waters back home.
