Westin Sandy Andy Hook Out 32g
The Westin Sandy Andy Hook Out 32g is the heavier version of this proven sandeel imitation, giving you extra casting distance and the ability to punch the lure into a headwind when lighter lures struggle.
The additional weight isn't just about casting though. At 32g, the Sandy Andy is an excellent choice for fishing deeper shore marks, allowing you to get the lure down into the water column and work it closer to where the fish are feeding. It's equally at home fished from the boat, particularly when you need a little more weight to reach and maintain your chosen depth.
The Sandy Andy has a slim, natural sandeel profile and an enticing swimming action that makes it an excellent lure for bass, pollack, cod and other predatory saltwater species.
This is the Hook Out version, with the hook point exposed rather than the weedless arrangement. It comes completely rigged and ready to fish, with an additional spare tail included in the pack.

Mick's Tip
The 32g Sandy Andy is a really useful weight when conditions make the lighter versions difficult to fish. The extra weight gives you that bit more distance and is much easier to punch into a headwind, but I also like it for deeper shore marks where you need to get the lure down. It's also a very handy weight to have on the boat, especially when you want to work a Sandy Andy deeper for pollack and other predators.
