Snowbee's new Slingbag offers the roving fly and lure fisherman the convenience of a rucksack or backpack, without the movement restrictions imposed by twin shoulder straps.
The Slingbag sits comfortably on your back supported by just one diagonal shoulder strap. The beauty of this arrangement is, not only does it leave your ‘casting arm’ completely unrestricted, but unlike a rucksack, when you want to access the bag, you don’t have to take it off. Simply unclip the side strap and slide the bag around to the front - the pockets are cleverly designed to now be facing upwards for easy and convenient access.
On a personal note I must admit I was dubious about another bag on the market, but the guys at Snowbee have done well, I am impressed with this sling bag and I am sure once the nations lure anglers start seeing people with this sling bag they will become very popular.
Fantastic product, very impressed so far, can fit both fly and lure tackle for full days out and multiple methods, Fantastic piece of essential equipment 👍
Very comfortable to wear , plenty of storage , best of all is the easy access, so convenient to use whilst standing in the water
After watching the informative video from Mick @ Mr Fish, I decided to invest in one. I like the locking strap that stops it moving around the body. The ability to move it out of the way when not in use, and easily move it to the front for access to lures, tools, sundry items etc., is seamless and works well.
Overall, I like it, and think it is worth the money.
The idea with the sling bag is great and is comfortable to wear ,unfortunately with mine the elastic draw cord to seal the small mesh bag on the outside, had not been stitched in ,and came out, when i tried to close ,not exactly a massive problem, but not a cheap bag ,and i do wonder now about quality and how it lasts ,Time will tell
Only worn once so time will tell. Zips, how it lasts etc. Looking great for now 🐟🎣
