Shipping & Delivery
Here at Mr Fish Jersey we provide free shipping (or shipping is included in the price) to anywhere within the UK, and we endevour to dispatch all orders on the day of purchase. Generally orders will be delivered within 3 days, but please allow up to 28 days. We will only send fishing rods via Signed For Delivery. We do ship internationally, during the checkout, select your country and check the accept delivery charge box.
Privacy & Security

Mr Fish understands the value of your privacy, and will therefore only use the information you give us to process your order and provide you with details of our special offers.

We do not sell our mailing lists to other companies, or divulge any of your personal details to other companies or individuals. Payment processing takes place on a secure server provided by Paypal and Google Checkout.

For us to process your order, we will need to know your name, e-mail address, billing address and credit or debit card details. We require your email address as a primary form of contact. As mentioned, your personal details are never passed onto third parties and they will be used in accordance with the data protection act for which we are registered.

Returns & Replacements

If products are faulty or do not conform to description, you may return them within 28 days of receipt and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. Mr Fish reserves the right to retain the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause. We test every product returned. If it is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you with a postage and insurance charge not exceeding £3.95. We advise you to check any products you suspect might be faulty before returning them. We reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee on goods that are returned without their original packaging, this fee will not exceed £3.95. You may return any unopened products within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. We will refund your payment card once we have received and processed the package. Please allow up to 10 working days. Delivery costs will only be refunded if the returned item is a result of our error. We reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee on goods that are returned without their original packaging, this fee will not exceed £3.50.
Ordering
To order items on our site, add the required items to your 'cart'. Once you are happy that you have everything place your order with the site, for ease please sign up to the site - creating a user name and password. Once your order has been placed you will have an email confirming that your order has been placed and through out the order you will be kept updated with all stages of the dispatch. Once the item has been shipped you will be notified by email so that you know when we shipped the item.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment through the site will be done securely through paypal.co.uk, All payments will be processed within 3 - 5 days of your order placed. All orders and payments will be checked against your order and once the order has been processed with your payment you will be notified via email.
Viewing Orders
Once you have placed your order, the email that you will be sent will have all of the instructions to view your order. You can also view your order by logging into our site and accessing your account.
Updating Account Information
To update your account, at any time, log on to the site and access your account. From in here you can change your shipping address, contact address, contact email and all other necessary information that we may require.
